Canon Confirms Ship Date as "End of November" for New Canon EOS 5D Mark II
There has been some speculation in the photography forums about the real ship date of the new 21-megapixel Canon EOS 5D Mark II. When the camera was first announced on September 17th the press release stated that the camera will ship at the end of November and a phone made to our Canon representative today confirmed this information. So, it looks like the only hope of getting your hands on the Canon EOS 5D Mark II this month will be at the Canon booth at PhotoPlus Expo 2008. being held at the Jacob Javitz Center in New York City this Thursday – Saturday (October 23 – 25th, 2008).
